Brian Krassenstein is a prolific Twitter Spaces host who regularly interacts with Elon Musk on the platform and gets paid well over five figures every month just to tweet as a part of the new revenue-sharing program.
In general, although he’s on the left, I don’t find Brian to be woke or even have much connection to what the far-left is really doing. He’s your normal, average centrist. I’ve even found him pretty reasonable at times. I’ve been on a couple of his space and have always found him to be cordial, even when I disagreed with him (and I do, on many things).
I actually think that Brian is a good gauge of where most of America is. He doesn’t really understand what’s going on in the world (or he does a great job of pretending not to) but he also isn’t an indoctrinated leftist. He’s more of a useful innocent type (some might refer to this as a useful idiot, but I think useful innocent is nicer) who just wants to do the right thing and be a good person.
I say this all because tonight, Brian posted on Twitter about a very public struggle session he experienced in the a Twitter space at the hands of another Twitter host.
Here is what Brian posted. I’ll have to break this into two images because of how long it is, but each image leads back to the original tweet for reference.
There’s so much to unpack here. Overall Brian did a good job, but he also made a few mistakes.
In the remainder of this premium article, I will break down what happened in this very public struggle session based on what Brian’s perspective in this tweet:
I’ll tell you why this person called Brian a racist. Hint: It’s not because he did anything wrong or dislikes black people in any way.
I’ll explain what Brian did really well in this situation, so that you can learn from his successes.
I’ll tell you the big mistakes he made, and how he gave some of his power away to the leftist who attacked him.
