On a random YouTube channel, I found a presentation about liberation from the nuclear family in 2022 from an event called “CCC LGBTQ Summit.” It had the tagline “Unapologetic: Fighting for the Liberation of Queer, Transgender & Non-Binary Students”
It turns out the “CCC” stands for the Foundation for California Community Colleges:
At the event, multiple professors from Riverside City College argued that the nuclear family was created by capitalism and continues to uphold it, and that their goal is to use education to liberate everyone from the stranglehold of capitalism and the family.
