When I conceived of my book Actively Unwoke: The Ultimate Guide For Fighting Back Against Woke Insanity In Your Life, the goal was to create something, written in plain, simple English, that would explain the ideology of the woke left and give highly practical tips to normal people who encounter it in the real world.
I also built out a companion platform on ActivelyUnwoke.com to give people access to ongoing training and resources.
I learned a lot in 2022 and will use that to make adjustments, toss out any ineffective ideas, and focus entirely on what has been proven to work.
There is a huge need for highly actionable resources written in plain English.
One of the things I’ve heard over and over again is that there is a real need for people to have nuanced resources to explain the woke cultural revolution that are easy to understand and give them actionable things they can do, other than just complain.
It’s not that people are unintelligent and can’t understand. Rather, the problem is that people are very busy and don’t always have the time to listen to hours and hours of complicated material.
So, I plan to provide an unrivaled library of these types of resources. And I’ve developed a public roadmap to show you how I’ll do it.
One of my strengths has always been taking complex subject matter and explaining it simply, cutting through all the noise, and getting to the core of the issue. I will focus on three core goals:
Providing free and low-cost resources to the public that explains the woke ideology in plain English in a way that allows busy people to understand it.
Focus on real-world, highly practical information that teaches people what to do when they encounter the woke ideology in schools, workplaces, policies, and laws.
Inspire as many unwoke activists, leaders, and teachers as possible. In other words, I want to create an army of people like me by downloading everything I know and bringing in other activists to fill the gaps.
Here’s how I’ll do it.
In order to achieve these goals, I’ve developed a list of tactics. When you support my work, these are the tactics that you will be funding.
One of the most important initiatives of 2023, the Schools Exposed project is an online training platform to provide parents (and anyone who is interested) with the guidance to find and understand how public schools are integrating the woke ideology throughout their administration and curriculum.
The ultimate goal is to train 10,000 parents. I would like to get at least 1,000 parents through the program in 2023. This is a conservative, yet attainable, goal that I hope to surpass.

The public schools are ground zero in the battle against the woke ideology, where it is integrated throughout school policies and curriculum. Oftentimes this is done without parents being informed.
Building on information obtained through Schools Exposed project I will create the largest online archive of equity and gender documents and policies on the internet, to educate the public on how the woke ideology is integrated into public school administration and policy and preserve it for posterity.

Also in conjunction with the Schools Exposed project, I will create the largest online directory or guide of woke activists organizations (education trainers, non-profits, etc…) that are working in public schools today. These organizations are paid with taxpayer money to do activism and indoctrinate children.
This will help parents understand who these organizations are, what they are teaching, and what school systems they are working with.
This directory will live on the Schools Exposed website.
We need more than Twitter activists.
The Unwoke Army started in 2022 as a community of people interested in actively fighting back against the woke ideology in public schools. In their first big project, a group of two dozen people worked to expose the Burlington Schools, coordinating via a private, invitation-only discord.
This is a project that will continue and expand in 2023 and is something people can participate in anonymously if they aren’t in a position to reveal their identity publicly.
The Actively Unwoke Substack receives tens of thousands of views a week and will be the home base of my written work, including:
A “Woke 101” series to break down the ideology in clear, simple English.
Timely articles based on how the woke ideology is showing up in the news for ongoing education.
Schools Exposed exposes discussing the findings from the Schools Exposed program.
The goal in 2023 is to publish informational articles at least weekly, with Schools Exposed exposes and other work on an ongoing basis.
In 2022, Actively Unwoke hosted six unique live trainings on my private webinar platform, featuring some of the leading activists in the space. Those trainings are available on demand here.
I will more than double this amount in 2023, with a goal of hosting at least 15 unique trainings and then archiving those trainings to watch on demand.
I will launch the Actively Unwoke Activist Partnership Program, designed to help unwoke activists in the space earn money by teaching their knowledge to others and will strive to host a full-day online event.
The Actively Unwoke Podcast is an ongoing audio series with 20-minute episodes, focused on articulating highly practical information to people with busy lives.
It received over 100,000 listens in 2022 with just 25 episodes.
In 2023, my goal is to produce at least one podcast each week for distribution on all major platforms.
This is a personal passion project of mine, dedicated to providing on demand professional development training for the workplace with no politics or social justice included. I will use my professional experience as an industrial/organizational psychologist and corporate trainer to create a live and an on demand offering to help people develop their leadership abilities, learn how to be an effective people managers, understand communication and work styles, and more.
There is already one course online and the Unwoke Your Work Series of live workshops will launch in January 2023.
