Jules Gill-Peterson is an Associate Professor of History at Johns Hopkins University.
In March 2023, Jules gave a keynote presentation (presumably with no medical training) at the Gender Studies Symposium at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon in which they encouraged a room full of college students to consider do-it-yourself hormones to transition:
“…Right now when it comes to something like hormones, I really don't see why DIY is actually in any way more dangerous than going to a doctor because doctors remain very very very ignorant about hormones…“
Watch the full clip as it played out:
This clip is in an unlisted YouTube video on Lewis & Clark College’s YouTube page.
One might ask why they unlisted the video. Why not make it public on their channel?
A backup copy of the presentation exists here, just in case.
If you want to have some idea of what type of audience Jules had for this presentation, here is a picture of the room from another session at the conference:
How many college students decided to try DIY hormones that day?

Fight back against the woke and support my work.
I believe the woke - on the left and the right - are an existential threat to our values as Americans. Some of them know it, most of them are just useful innocents. Regardless, fighting back against this woke cultural revolution is my full-time job. I’m dedicated to exposing the woke ideology in our country, helping people to understand what’s going on, and providing spaces for non-woke people to connect, support each other, and plan ways to fight back.
Here’s how you can help.

Wow! I wouldn't have believed this if you hadn't captured the receipt Karlyn. Thank you!!
Maybe I'm uninformed and stupid, but I always thought hormones were like setting a wildfire in your body. I learned that in physiology 101.
