[Video] Macklemore releases song for the Columbia University protestors that says Whiteness Means Capitalism (sort of)
Can you decode the leftist lyrics?

Here’s what people don’t understand about the college protestors: They don’t care about being arrested or suspended because their goal is to create an iconic moment.
They are trying to create something that will be written about in history (and it will be), have documentaries made about it (they’ll probably win awards) and inspire millions of people to become activists in the cause of social justice (and they will).
They don’t care about the slap on the wrist punishment that they’ll get. The left doesn’t think about the short-term personal costs that one pays when they sacrifice themselves to the collective to achieve a long-term goal like Intifada (which means worldwide socialist revolution).
Besides, they’ll become heroes on the far-left and catapulted their way into a position of status that comes with book deals, teaching positions, and the ability to become full-time professional activists, which is all they really want anyway.
Enter Macklemore, who I don’t know much about but apparently is a hip-hop artist who had a hit album several years ago.
On May 6, 2024, Macklemore released a new song on X called Hind’s Hall, showcasing the protestors who “decolonized” the building at Columbia University as heroes and icons of their movement.
Here’s the full song:
I noticed something interesting when I listen to this song…and it wasn’t that Palestine was spelled incorrectly on the college steps (look in the thumbnail above - it says “Palastine”).
There’s one section towards the beginning of the song in which Macklemore says, essentially, that WHITENESS MEANS CAPITALISM.
“Actors and badges protecting property
…and a system that was designed by white supremacy”
“Actors and badges protecting property” is a reference to the fact that the left believes the police are the managers of private property.
Private property, of course, is the definition of capitalism, which the left wants to abolish.
“And a system designed by white supremacy” means systemic racism, which was created by slavery, which was itself created by capitalism (private property ownership). The SYSTEM that upholds RACISM in SYSTEMIC RACISM is capitalism.

Fight back against the woke and support my work.
I believe the woke - on the left and the right - are an existential threat to our values as Americans. Some of them know it, most of them are just useful innocents. Regardless, fighting back against this woke cultural revolution is my full-time job. I’m dedicated to exposing the woke ideology in our country, helping people to understand what’s going on, and providing spaces for non-woke people to connect, support each other, and plan ways to fight back.
Here’s how you can help.
