I was with you, until you suggested that the government essentially should have gotten involved and prevented this from happening. People are responsible for their own decisions. The government making laws limiting my choices because of other stupid people making bad choices is a terrible idea. Let survival of the fittest do its thing. Let’s not forget that a professional opinion is still just an opinion.

I will never understand it! I have seen the medical industry do some IDIOTIC things in the past. They can't even solve all of the problems WOMEN would have with those parts, THAT THEY WERE BORN WITH. They can't solve all of the problems MEN have with those parts, THAT THEY WERE BORN WITH. WHY does anyone believe that they can even retrofit effectively JUNK to replace those parts? If I had this Sexual Dysphoria, I would rather live with it. They simply can't change one sex to another, and the fact that some "trans" people come so close to LOOKING like the other is SCARY for society, families, and the entire HUMAN RACE! MAYBE that is their IDEA!
And a person trying to live as a certain sex, without the right REAL history, and REAL equipment, should always make it clear what they REALLY are. If the other person is a friend or love interest, doing otherwise is fraud and can cause problems. If the other person is a doctor, doing otherwise is fraud, can cause problems, and can disrupt any solution. Both sexes can have different symptoms, causes, and treatments , for various things than the other sex.

I was born with a hidden birth defect on a bone- discovered by X-ray/MRI at age 49. That means, I was mis-assigned info about bones at birth. If trans we’re actually “mis-assigned” sex, then their medical pathway should look like mine- but doesn’t. I have a life-history of “weird limb movement” that only made sense with discovery of correct medical info. No big deal- I have no pain or suffering.
Didn't we know it would come to this? Heartbreaking.
This is sad, alarming, and maddening. Canada will probably have no qualms about killing them. They had no qualms about maiming them for life.

This is exactly why a person should go through years (at least a decade) of intense counseling before they are allowed SRS. So sad!
