Because otherwise, this use of clinical diagnostic criteria to describe you may be actionable. I suggest you consult a *good* libel attorney. This is literally a repeated attempt to smear your name in order to deprive you of a living.

I’m no lawyer, so take everything I say with a grain of salt, but I’ve watched the news about libel cases like Sandmann, Rittenhouse, Project Veritas over the years, and I picked up a couple of tidbits. First, damages are important. You need to be able to show damages, and if you can point to a canceled contract or revenue loss directly attributable to the libel, that makes things a lot easier. Having a major alt-media outlet remove your credit is probably not exactly the same as canceling a contract, but it might be close enough. Make a list of every such instance to discuss with the attorney. Second, your reputation can become so bad that your considered “libel-proof,” meaning it’s impossible for any libel to harm you and therefore courts will never side with you, no matter how severe & obviously untrue the libel is. So if you DONT sue, and it goes on, you MIGHT eventually lose the ability to sue.
Which really sucks because these lawsuits are high cash drains. You will probably want to create some themed limited edition Unwoke Art or something in order to crowdfund the lawsuit. I’m sorry you’re going through this.
Also, is James a licensed professional? Maybe a complaint to his licensure board could accompany the lawsuit
