While raising my kids as a single father in So. Cal I had several encounters with teachers teaching my kids things which I disagree with. This was before I knew what was going on, had I known now at the time, things would have been different. I am more prepared for facing these issues for grandkids in the future. That being said, this is why I am here preparing for a better future.
