I live in Montana. I thought this story would be about someone in left-wing Missoula and didn't expect this at all. I've been happy with our legislature and the laws they've established, but it seems that doesn't matter because the institutions are so insidious that laws do not matter and they will find a way around them or defy them altogether. This kid needs counseling and will probably never receive it as long as she is playing this "game" with the hospital/the system against her parents. This is like the Twilight Zone episode with the bratty kid terrorizing everyone. May the Kolstads stay strong and get their daughter back. Thank you, Karlyn for covering this story. I searched online and found nothing...of course. I am grateful for your work.

I'm the only one who had it besides a local radio station

I feel so sorry for this couple. No way I'd put my family through this before adulthood.

Indeed I didn't, but that's besides the point.

The agenda is doing all the talking and heavy lifting thru peer pressure (propaganda) and reverse-bullying. These kids would never hatch this kind of crap without all the indoctrination/programming/public advertising...

They put this into their heads instead of hearing kids' real concerns... like having two loving and concerned parents and a stable home environment that teaches patience. The agenda is making two parents into a strange concept, like it's somehow wrong... and this current lawless behavior as somehow a right.

Good luck to everyone in 2024.

Reverse-bullying is a good phrase for that, if it's what I think you mean. During after school clubs that kids are instructed not to tell their parents about, after a while, the trans and bi girls will pressure a straight girl..."COME JOIN OUR SIDE! YOU'RE AWESOME! WE WANT YOU WITH US!..."

-MILD AUTISM

Girls, esp, at that age have a strong need for a 'friendgroup.' And, worse than that,

they try to target girls with MILD AUTISM which is fairly common. Think of a kid who is the most easily excited, and having the type of physiology where, if there is an A type and B type, she would be like an A+++type...just 'more.'

I'm extremely familiar with this because that is what my daughter has and it is EXACTLY how she is. If other kids called to her that way, she would not last 20 seconds.

Further, after her being diagnosed as having mild autism, after giving blood samples, I learned that, this is what I have had all these years, myself. I knew from age 4 that something intense was going on. Sometimes it's beneficial and serves the ppl around me REALLY well.

-QWIK DESCRIPTION OF MILD-AUTISM TRIGGER:

Your sense of compassion or sense of duty will trigger an emotional "compassion" response. Where on a scale from 1 to 10 you might commonly require a "4" for 30 seconds, it will ALWAYS give you an "11" and not let it go away for 5 or 10 minutes which is LONG after the circumstance is gone. COMPASSION makes you very pliable, especially when you are stuck in it, and even WORSE, when kids learn to recognize it. At first other kids would try to get me to give them things I did not owe them. Even knowing this, resisting is still very difficult.

Although by some point I had developed a very dependable strategy of meditation and later what turned out to be, "Cognitive Remodeling", to prevent the emotional reaction, none of this touched it the slightest bit telling me it must have a difference locus from which it physically responds. What I learned to do before I knew what it was, was to show NO EXTERNAL TRACES of it in speech or action and don't make any promises or decisions tlll it dissipates, coming and going without anyone knowing it was ever there. Also, I would do that with loud noises like when someone it cutting metal on a table saw. Just stay calm and pleasant till it's gone. It works amazingly well to hide fear or prevent it from forming.

Anyway, a young teen does not have much of a defense against this.

--LAWLESS BEHAVIOR? NO. IMMORAL BEHAVIOR? YES.

***You should expect any concepts that are harsh enough to be “off-putting” to be couched in benign terms that hold the same truth value. For example, instead of saying,

************

“Surgeons can operate on minors, 12 years and older, without their parent’s knowledge or approval.”

-legally equivalent statement…

(b) A minor who is 12 years of age or older may consent to mental health treatment or counseling services

**********

Here's an example of the relevant California Family Code,

CALIFORNIA FAMILY CODE § 6924.

MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT OF MINORS; INOPERATIVE JULY 1, 2024

(b) A minor who is 12 years of age or older MAY CONSENT to MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT or COUNSELING SERVICES on an outpatient basis, or to residential shelter services, if both of the following requirements are satisfied:

(1) The minor, in the opinion of the attending professional person, is mature enough to participate intelligently in the outpatient services or residential shelter services.

(2) The minor (A) would present a danger of serious physical or mental harm to self or to others without the mental health treatment or counseling or residential shelter services, or (B) is the alleged victim of incest or child abuse.

All I can picture is drooling ghouls getting a hold of this young girl and literally stripping her of a true life whike they affix their fangs into her flesh.

Talk about gut-wrenching! I pray their daughter gets to go home, and they get to be a family again. The teenage years are difficult enough without people encouraging deviance and defiance.
