WOKE 101: Things you will lose if the left wins
They want to abolish capitalism and private property, but what does that mean?
This article is a part of the Woke 101 series, which will get you up to speed on the basics they don't teach you when you become a soldier in the culture war.

The #1 enemy of the left is capitalism…but what does that mean?
I’ve previously explained to you that whiteness means capitalism in the coded language of the woke left. That’s because everything the left talks about can be traced back to roots in capitalism.
Capitalism, for the left, is defined explicitly as private property ownership. That’s what they seek to abolish.
But what does that mean, and how will it impact you?
Here’s a list of things the left will abolish when they win.
Let’s start with the basics:
Your land: They believe private land is oppressive and all land should be collectivized.
Your house: They believe housing should be provided for free by the state.
Apartment buildings with landlords: You don’t get to own your own home and land, you certainly don’t get to rent anything out to other people.
Your private kitchen: While not mandatory to abolish, socialists believe that no one will have use for a private kitchen in their homes because all food will be prepared and consumed in the public collective.
Yes, that means the government will control the food supply and provide all meals to the community free of charge. What could possibly go wrong?
Your business: You will not be allowed to own a private business. The profit motive will be abolished in the socialist utopia, so there would be no reason to. Some argue that money should be abolished all together.
This means there would be no private doctors - there would be universal healthcare for all provided by the government.
This means there would be no private schools, or homeschooling - education would be free and public, provided by the government.
All energy and gas would also be collectivized, meaning the state controls who gets access to electricity, heating, and gas.
All of that seems intuitive, right?
Here’s where things get tricky:
The gender binary: Socialists believe that the gender binary - the idea that there are men and women, and only two genders exist - is a social construct created by capitalism because men were allowed to go into the workplace and make money while women stayed home to do the unpaid labor of raising the future proletarian workers. Another term for this is patriarchy. Abolishing it means there would be an infinite number of genders, creating a non-binary world of they/thems.
Your parental rights: Socialists believe that your children should belong to the collective, literally believing they should be raised by the village. They believe parent rights are oppressive and treated children as private property.
Your individual liberties: Socialists are collectivists. They consider your individual liberties to be a form of private property that must be eliminated so that you can fully see yourself as a member of the borg.
These are all things they are working towards right now. Look closely at the laws and policies you see being enacted around the country - how many of them relate back to abolishing one of these ideas?
Are you comfortable with this?

Fight back against the woke and support my work.
I believe the woke - on the left and the right - are an existential threat to our values as Americans. Some of them know it, most of them are just useful innocents. Regardless, fighting back against this woke cultural revolution is my full-time job. I’m dedicated to exposing the woke ideology in our country, helping people to understand what’s going on, and providing spaces for non-woke people to connect, support each other, and plan ways to fight back.

I’m not comfortable with any of that. I want the freedom to live my life as I see fit and for others to do the same. That means we have to do everything in our power to make sure the left loses. Unfortunately, I think there are a lot of people in our country that don’t care about individual liberty. Maybe they don’t completely understand what they’re giving up. I’m not sure. I saw it with my own eyes during the pandemic. It felt like the Invasion of the Body Snatchers movie, where everyone had been brainwashed into some kind of cult I wasn’t aware of. That entire ordeal taught me there are people willing to give all of their freedom to the state in exchange for perceived safety and that terrifies me.
Great summary Karlyn. Initiatives in Vermont's legislature to tackle the alleged "housing crisis" will move Vermont in this direction. Real-estate developers and their business partners are loving it because control of land use is being taken away from local governments and citizens.
