Our psych nursing instructor wanted us to learn to observe & deal with behavior. We were only allowed to read the clinical diagnosis & chart on the last day of the rotation. Of course a paper comparing/contrasting behavior/diagnosis.
For everyone's safety, it's easier to predict violent &/or irrational behavior
