I was up all night looking through the bills for my state after reading this. I didn’t find anything alarming thankfully, but I’m going to have to keep an eye on it.
Nothing gets overturned in California. The craziest bills pass, no matter the turn out against the bill . I have voted against the craziness my whole voting life, it never seems like anyone could actually vote in favor, and yet they do.
We could not vote out Newsom, and he had us locked up like prisoners so much so that all the sane ppl left. I cannot afford to just move. SoI stay sane by helping educate my nephews.
I have/want to live in one of the deep South States. I never have to worry about this in our schools, but I do worry very much about the low quality of our Education. I encourage homeschooling to everyone with school aged children (if you are smart enough or have the funds to hire someone who is when they get older).

It seems that humanity goes collectively insane but only recovers one by one.
Unnecessary and redundant as they already have laws on disturbing the peace. It's basically threatening political opponents.
It's hard to protect your constitutional rights as an individual if bills like these continue to pass. Hopefully if it does pass it gets overturned.
Even Commiefornia has some honest judges. Witness Chevron's recent CA Supreme Court victory.
How do we stop this from spreading write to our senators and congressman?
