This poor girl is the epitome of deranged, and apparently unable to see/find someone who could help her. Her mental illness is beyond obvious. Was she sublimating her own strong sex drive through imagining she was a male? Gender-affirming care is the quick fix for kids whose parents don’t have the imagination to help them work through a tough psychological/physiological period. Just my opinion.
Why does this break my heart? I’ve been close to developing kids my whole life. No child should be going through this. It just makes it clearer why my wonderful teacher left teaching even after being nominated for teacher of year in Texas. She just despised where what she was supposed to teach went. The coverups were so shady when her kids were out she gave up.
Thank you for reading this so many of us do not have to, not that I don't want to take the time to know, but that it is difficult to read the inner thoughts of a disturbed mind. People need help, and we are not seeing they get that help...not surgery and hormones...real help/hard work as painful as that is, is better than this.

Truly a very sad story where everyone looses! It’s very difficult for me to imagine this level of mental illness.
